Sign-ups issue

Thanks to everyone who has flagged up the issue with the lack of an "Any" option on the Sign Up form (which is preventing requests or offers for fandoms with no tags under them, and bucket requests/offers). We are working on a solution and will update this post once we've finalised it.

UPDATE: we have devised and tested a solution involving the addition of a tag to the tag set to take the place of the usual "Any Relationship" tickbox; please see here for full details.
