For Dr. Strange/Nat, maybe it's something where they met long before the events of the movie. Or maybe the Avengers ended up working with Dr. Strange way before the lead-up to Infinity War. Or maybe he has a way to bring her back from Vormir and things go from there. They both hold a lot back and they both like to be in control so I'd love to see how they work together.
I love Laura and Maria, and I love the idea of them being friends though the years. I'm happy if you go with their time in SHIELD with Laura as Mockingbird or they can just know each other from Laura being Clint's wife. Maybe the two of them go on missions together, or maybe they just confide in each other when all the people around them are being dumb.
