Nominations close at 11:55 PM UTC on July 31st, a little over a day from the time of this post (Countdown). This is intended to be the last clarifications post before nominations close; any tags mentioned here for which clarification or further evidence is not provided will be rejected at the close of nominations.

Reminders:

1. If nominating characters on their own, nominate in the form "Character & None". Tags in the form "Character & Any" won't be accepted.
2. Nominations including original characters will not be accepted.

Additionally, relationships containing both / and & will be rejected this round.


Year in Hereafter (Webcomic)

• Ieva Pajari/Kalevala Guardswoman - We're unsure whether Kalevala Guardswoman is an original character or simply nameless. If she is not an original character, please let us know.

Doctor Who (Big Finish)

• Eighth Doctor/Master - This relationship has 14 works and 5+ authors when filtered for complete, English, and specifically the Big Finish fandom. Please submit evidence.
  • In some of the works, the tags make it clear that it is the Big Finish version of at least one of the characters, while in some other works the tags don't specify. Please note that we do not rule on whether the tagging of works is accurate.

Avatar: The Last Airbender

• Ursa/Female Dragon  - Please specify a particular female dragon, whether it's the one canonical female dragon (Green Dragon) or an implied character (e.g. Sozin's Dragon's Mother), as original characters are not permitted. This relationships is now rejected.

World of Warcraft

• There are a number of nominations featuring characters such as "Male Night Elf" and "Female Gnome Warrior" - are these original characters, or player characters?
• There are three nominations disambiguated with "(Hearthstone)". We have already accepted those that are eligible, but Hearthstone may be better off nominated as a separate fandom. If you would like us to change the fandom, please let us know. Otherwise, we will change the disambiguation to "(World of Warcraft)", which all the other tags under that fandom are disambiguated with. They are now re-disambiguated.

I'm not the nominator, but Theresa Cassidy/James Proudstar should definitely not be in the Alternate Timeline Movies fandom, as both of those characters only appear in the original timeline (so far!).

They are somewhat incorrect. James Proudstar is from the original timeline, but the actual movie he's in is X-Men: Days of Future Past, which is part of the Alternate Timeline Movies. Theresa Cassidy is in the Original Timeline Movies.

Thank you! I'm still getting that "Theresa Cassidy/James Proudstar" should definitely not be in "X-Men (Alternate Timeline Movies)", is that correct? (Since Theresa Cassidy is only in the original timeline movies.)

You are correct. I only mentioned that so you don't reject James if he's nominated with someone else in the ATM.

I'm unsure whether I have accidentally nominated a pairing under the wrong fandom or whether it wandered under a connected fandom and got wrongly disambiguated there? Anyway, Leonard Snart/Wally West (Legends of Tomorrow) should be moved (back?) to The Flash, is it possible to fix this? Just in case it is easier this way, I'm going to nominate under in the correct fandom. Sorry if it was my fault.

I'm not the original nominator, but I just added Eighth Doctor/The Master (Macqueen) to my nominations for a more specific version, since they're the ones who actually meet in Big Finish, and I would very much like to see more of them.

That version is definitely eligible, so I've approved it and rejected the broader tag. You (or anyone else) can nominate other specific versions of the Master as well, or course, so long as they're eligible.

Danu/Nozomi (Shin Megami Tensei) ended up in Shin Megami Tensei IV for some reason when it's already under Shin Megami Tensei IV Apocalypse, where they're much more important. It doesn't really matter, but it's a little needlessly confusing.
