Not the nominator, but I believe the reference to Spherius and stealing a car is from Flatland the VOD short film (2007) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flatland:_The_Movie (not Flatland the full-length movie https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flatland_(2007_film)). Sphere is in the Flatland book, but there is no car.

Hello, we do not use the otp:true filter to determine eligibility. Would you be able to provide more specifics about which fics should not count against the tag?

I'm the nominator for the Ancient Magus' Bride one - most of those fics have Alice as a background character or incorrectly tagged as appearing, and one is fanart. By my count there are 6 fics where Alice is a main character. But I've also gotten so confused looking at these that I would also be fine if the tag was not approved. 😅

Hello! I had two relationships get rejected but they both have 0 works on AO3, they're not even canonical tags. I was wondering why they aren't allowed?
