We've finished migrating fandoms and relationships from the original tagset to our new, revised tagset. We have a rather long list of clarification questions, just to be certain your nominations land where you wanted, so please take a look.
A few notes:
This is a non-canonical tag and all relationships under it were for the Reboot, which does not seem to have its own canonical tag. We have temporarily moved these relationships to the canonical tag. If the nominator intended a different fandom or subfandom, please let us know.

- Most of the relationships requiring clarification have not been migrated yet. Once we know where to place them, we will add them.
- We've tried to catch all crossover and ineligible relationships, but a few might have slipped past us. If you see a relationship you feel doesn't belong, please let us know.
- You may notice we frequently used parentheticals to note a specific fandom. Don't worry, we won't move your nominations around. Sometimes, when two fandoms share a character or relationship, those tags will wander away from where they were nominated. This stops this from happening.

These are not my noms, so I can't say for sure what was intended, but here are some Tolkien noms that don't look right:
The Hobbit - J. R. R. Tolkien
-Bilbo Baggins & Legolas Greenleaf (Hobbit)
-Elrond/Legolas Greenleaf/Thranduil (Hobbit)
-Gandalf & Radagast (Hobbit)
-Glóin & Legolas Greenleaf (Hobbit)
Legolas and Radagast don't appear in the Hobbit book but do in the Hobbit movies (as do the characters they're paired with). All of those characters also appear or are mentioned in The Lord of the Rings books, so the pairings could also go there.
-Elladan/Elrohir/Thranduil (Hobbit)
Elladan and Elrohir don't appear in the Hobbit book or movie, unfortunately. But Thranduil is mentioned in The Lord of the Rings (books) so perhaps the relationship could qualify there, or under "TOLKIEN J. R. R. - Works"?
The Lord of the Rings - J. R. R. Tolkien
-Fëanor/Galadriel (LOTR). This should be under Silmarillion.
The Silmarillion and other histories of Middle-Earth - J. R. R. Tolkien
-Eluchíl/Nimloth (Silmarillion). This is in the right spot but should be Dior Eluchíl/Nimloth (Silmarillion).
-Galadriel/Nimrodel (Silmarillion). This could go under either Silmarillion or Lord of the Rings - J.R.R. Tolkien, so perhaps the nominator will say what they intended.
-Galadriel/Tauriel (Silmarillion). Tauriel only appears in the Hobbit movies, so this pairing should probably go there.
-Imrazor/Mithrellas (Silmarillion) and Mithrellas/Nimrodel (Silmarillion). I would expect these to be under Lord of the Rings - J.R.R. Tolkien? There might be material about them in HoMe which would make them also qualify here, so perhaps the nominator will say what they intended.
-Gildor Inglorion/Maglor (Silmarillion) and Goldberry/Nellas (Silmarillion). As far as I know, Gildor Inglorion and Goldberry don't appear in the Silmarillion and related materials. Genesis/Sephiroth is mine, and yes, all of the FFVII nominations should go under the "Compilation of FFVII" fandom instead.
All the Final Fantasy VIII pairings are correct.
The two Squall/Cloud nominations are correct as well. Thank you so much for considering fics only with this as a main pairing, because a lot of the fics on AO3 list them as a pairing but only make passing mentions.
I will also second the suggestion to combine FFX and FFX-2 under the same banner.

- Akatsuki/Maryelle => this should be Akatsuki (Log Horizon)/Maryelle (Log Horizon)

Like what the previous comment said, Legolas, Elladan and Elrohir do not appear in the Hobbit books. However, Radagast is briefly mentioned in The Hobbit books (Gandalf, speaking to Beorn, mentions that his "good cousin Radagast" lives in the southern parts of Mirkwood. Beorn remembers Radagast and refers to him as a good fellow.) so "Gandalf & Radagast (Hobbit)" can stay in the category.
Books & Literature -> The Lord of the Rings - J. R. R. Tolkien
A lot of the character tags mistakenly use LOTR instead of LotR as the suffix; this may need to be fixed since it should be Lord of the Rings not Lord Of The Rings.
- Elanor & Rosie Cotton (LOTR) => should be Elanor Gardner | Elanor Gamgee & Rosie Cotton. Rosie is her mother, and Gamgee is her maiden name.
- Fëanor/Galadriel is definitely not associated with LotR; this goes under The Silmarillion
- Belladonna Took/Goldberry (LOTR) => TOLKIEN J. R. R. - Works may be a better place for this, since Belladonna only appears in the family tree in the end appendices. Goldberry is a LotR-book-only character. It's not really a crossover pairing since it's more than likely that they've met, but the LotR books are about Belladonna's adopted grandson.
- Celebrían/Nimrodel (LOTR) => try The Silmarillion and other histories of Middle-Earth because I see a few more instances of Nimrodel in this category. She again only appears in the appendices.

You are correct that Noir and 616 are subfandoms of Marvel (Comics); however, we allow participants to nominate in a subfandom or an umbrella fandom as long as their relationships are eligible so they can achieve whichever scope for their requests/offers they desire.
Noir, 616, and Marvel (Comics) were all nominated and several relationships are eligible in Marvel (Comics) that are not eligible in either Noir and 616. Some participants want several relationships from varied runs without nominating each run. That is permissible by the rules, so we'll make our best efforts to sort each relationship into the fandom where it was nommed.
